This workshop & discussion is to help you create a foundational understanding of plants & herbs and how you can develop a relationship with them. We will go over what will give you a solid base for growing and exploring herbs and how they can be a part of your everyday life. We will go over tinctures, tea, infusions, and other various preparations; defining what they are and a framework of how to work with them.

You will learn about some of my go-to herbs and some herbs that are appropriate for the season. We will open discussion on what it means to work with plants energetically, defining what western herbalism is, wise woman tradition, and so on. Most importantly, we will cover working with plants and land in right relationship.

Come as you are with an open heart ready to learn about plants! We will do a plant meditation and you will get to enjoy an herbal infusion.
